The Vacancy Stonegate Group are looking for a highly skilled Administrator ready to take the next step into Publican Recruitment. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will have a natural flair for customer service, have experience within an administrative role and a passion for helping people to find their ideal pub. Working within our “Leased and Tenanted Recruitment Team”, you will be the first point of contact for anyone wishing to become a publican and run a successful pub business with Stonegate. You'll be responsible for filling pub vacancies by handling internal and external enquiries, administering the customer journey, and working interdependently across departments. As Publican Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll support applicants and publicans through their recruitment letting journey from their initial enquiry, through the interview process to completion of their legal agreement. Ideally, you’ll be an experienced Administrator, used to managing your own busy workload and with excellent customer service skills. We can train you to spot and screen an outstanding applicant, so we’re not looking for prior recruitment experience. What’s important to you?
