There are residents living locally and throughout the village and this is the main pub within the immediate area. The site is well established destination pub and we are planning investment to enhance this business to its best. We are seeking a talented operator establish the pub as the prominent site in the area. The business opportunity can be extended across the bar, restaurant, conference and wedding facilities to live music and entertainment and making use of external eating and drinking areas during the warmer weather.
The pub offers spacious trading facilities with a large restaurant (up to 100 covers), a public bar and sports bar, a pool room as well two function rooms and excellent external drinking areas. The pub also offers a full, large catering kitchen able to service multiple offers at the one time. The pub offers parking for up to 25 cars, Live TV Sport, Wi-Fi and a smoking solution.

About the Agreement
Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 – 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along.
You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have dedicated Punch Development Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.
Once you’ve completed the 5-day induction course we’ll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.
Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.
