This is a one bar operation and a large L-shaped servery is well-positioned to serve all areas of the pub. The restaurant is split into three, easily manageable trading areas and can cater for up to 100 covers. The business is currently being run as a carvery, which is ideally located in front of the extensive trade kitchen, providing ample preparation and storage areas to support the business, even at full capacity. There is a separate trading area located on the upper level, dedicated to local sports enthusiasts, with pool and darts facilities. With future development, this space could easily be turned into a good function room that could accommodate approximately 40 covers.

The pub boasts an impressive beer garden and children’s play area. This is all set out in extensive grounds with rural views perfect for families during the warmer months. There is a raised decked area with bench seating along with a large patio housing extensive seating and jumbrellas. There are two small areas accessed from the bar that have the potential to be converted into great smoking solutions. The pub benefits from a car park with space for 60 vehicles, and there is also overflow parking if needed.
