About the Pub – Elm Tree Tavern Peterborough

There are separate doors for the bar and function room on entering the pub. When entering the bar  you are greeted by a bar directly in front of you with seating to the right and the darts and pool area’s, there are toilets to the rear and double patio doors out into the courtyard area which also has a gate to either side allowing access from the car park and to the lawned beer garden. The Function room has a raised seating areas to the side and rear allowing for a dance floor in the middle, this can be accessed from the bar or its own seperate door for private functions.

TRADING STYLE Trading Style A drinks focused pub hosting several sports teams including Pool and Darts. The Pub has a well equipped kitchen and a separate function room that could be used for a carvery type operation or as a dining area, currently this has not been explored to its fullest extent. A courtyard garden to the rear of the main bar can be used for BBQ’s and community style events and there is also a grassed garden to the side of the function room.
