Prominently situated on the main road surrounded by several residential areas, the pub serves as a traditional community local. The pub is a one bar operation that is divided into two main areas. On one side is a games area with pool table, darts board, gaming machine and television. To the adjacent side of the servery is the main bar and drinking area which has mainly loose seating. There is also a snug area that could be set up for eating. There is a small compliant trade kitchen suitable for traditional bar food or a more bespoke offer. The trading areas of the pub and fixtures and fittings have been well looked after and are in great condition. Externally there is a fenced drinking terrace at the front of the pub and further space at the back with a smoking area with outdoor tables and chairs. There is also a car park on site with spaces for about six vehicles.
Trading Style Currently trading as a wet led pub with a good level of early evening trade, the Inkerman has a great opportunity to further increase trade during the day using various levers.
