The Jolly Hatters is a wet led community pub based in the heart of Haughton Green, an urban village situated around half a mile from the centre of Denton. The pub is surrounded and well supported by the local neighbourhood and is set up to be the hub of the community. The pub is split into two main areas both traditionally decorated with fixed and loose furnishings. The large lounge features a small stage area, with space for a DJ or band, whereas the smaller bar area accommodates a pool table and darts throw. The central bar serves both areas and hosts a variety of cask ales and international brands. A number of wall-mounted television screens provide ample sports viewing opportunity. There is an adequately sized beer garden to the rear of the pub with direct access from the lounge, whilst to the front there are several benches allowing customers to watch the world pass by. The private accommodation is of a good size and comprises three double bedrooms, a large lounge, kitchen-diner and bathroom. We are now seeking a new publican with experience in delivering a great sports viewing offer, whilst also immersing themselves into community life.
