The Lifeboat is a busy town centre pub situated in Shirehampton, a popular residential suburb just six miles from the beautiful city of Bristol. The pub is nestled on a busy high street with great shops and local amenities nearby. The city lies between Gloucestershire to the north and Somerset to the south. The Severn estuary is only a half an hour drive where the main crossing takes you into Wales . Bristol city has fantastic road and train links to both Somerset and South Wales with high-speed trains also taking you into London Paddington.

The pub has great curb side appeal. On entering you are greeted with a fantastic bar which has unique feature of a lifeboat forming part of the bar servery where you will find a good range of products. There is both a pool table and darts board which are well used. The two gaming machines provide additional income and are well used by the locals . There is a balance of both loose and fixed seating with the pub having a cosy feel throughout. There is a small rear smoking solution.

It’s the beer range and the ambience that really drives the business and makes the Lifeboat one of the most popular pubs in Shirehampton.
