That’s why we are looking for an experienced food operator, able to lead a well-trained team and engaging team. You’ll excel when balancing busy summer and tourist trade. You’ll also have a sense of pace and be in tune with Stratford as a town and understand the pub’s full potential. You’ll also become an integral part of the community and be knowledgeable in both food and drink. The ideal Management Partner will lead and offer excellent training for their team.

We’re looking for a Management Partner who can make this pub the most talked about venue in Stratford. You’ll be highly reputable with an exceptional offer on food and drink with a breath-taking outdoor space. The Tramway Inn is the place to be in the tourist season.

You’ll create a meeting place where the community can come together for all occasions and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and comfortable surroundings. You’ll also take advantage of the covered outside bar and seating area with a large car park also at the rear of the building.

You’ll find the manager’s accommodation on the second floor with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen.
