About the Pub – Pheasant Reading
This is a two bar operation (lounge & public) with a car park to the front that will accommodate up to six cars. There is a self-contained garden to the rear that can only be accessed via the pub. The pub is very traditional in its décor and presentation however we have decided we’d like to invest in the pub to re-position the pub at the heart of the community. In the public bar is perfect for viewing live sports, pub dining and playing pub sports in the darts area. The lounge bar utilises maximum seating with a range of fixed seating and loose tables and chairs.
TRADING STYLE Current trade is driven through wet sales and is very community focussed. The current drinks offer includes standard and premium lagers along with an excellent spirit and wine offer. The pub offers regular live entertainment and karaoke and with a refurbishment, the pub should offer an array of drinks along with a small food offer.
ACCOMMODATION Private Accommodation The private accommodation which can be accessed through the bar consists of three bedrooms with lounge, kitchen and separate bathroom.

We are looking to introduce a significant retail offer focussing on local and world beers and premium wines and spirits but most importantly keeping a community feel. We would be happy to discuss in person and would look forward to meeting anyone with a like minded vision.
