The Adam & Eve is a landmark Edwardian pub located in Mill Hill Village, with a rich history located on the cusp of the lush greenbelt of residents London. Mill Hill is a suburb in the London Borough of Barnet and served by the London Underground station of Mill Hill East on the Northern Line and the Thameslink Train Station of Mill Hill Broadway.

The pub currently advertises as a wedding venue, utilising whole venue hire, the garden space and function room on 1st floor.

Love working closely with an Operations Manager in providing the right management services to build an incredible pub legacy with uncompromising standards and stand out guest experience? Then the Punch Management Partnership Contract is the perfect option.
Alongside tonnes of day to day support and a brilliant framework to grow the business, we provide an uncapped cut of top line turnover to pay yourself and your team in exchange for your Management Company providing the management services at the pub – it’s your structure to own, subject to management company costs including, but not limited to, staff costs, minor repairs and maintenance at the pub, security/door staff and insurance. We understand how important it is for a Management Company to completely own their own team.
