The Falcon is located in the Walton area of Felixstowe less than a mile from the great beaches of this Suffolk Coastal town. It is located on the High Street surrounded by shops including an independent bakers and is in the heart of its community. There is just one other pub nearby. Felixstowe has a growing population of 27,500 and the Walton area is largely residential with good demographics. The town has the largest container port in the UK and is a key local employer.

The pub has undergone a refurbishment in 2018 and is in excellent condition. On entrance you are greated by a large centre island style bar with seating all around. Within the main bar there is a pool table and darts oche, a seperate room which can also be used for darts or private functions. Externally there is a small car park to the rear housing approximately 8 vehicles. The Falcon also seperate external drinking arears with a pavement seating at the front, a side patio area and a part grassed garden to the rear which has a good amount of covers for a high street location. The new kitchen is just off the bar area with the potential to deliver a small but quality bar food operation.


Trading Style The pub currently trades as a drinks focused operation serving the locals and visitors / tourists and port workers. There is scope for more pub sport teams and a simple but quality bar led food offer. Openining times can be enhanced and the right operators should feel they can make the Falcon the heart of the community.
