TRADING STYLE

The Nags Head has an excellent reputation as a drive to destination food pub. This has opened up a unique opportunity for a new team to carry on the great work already in place but also to drive the business through functions, celebrations, clubs, theme nights and food development.  At present the pub trades on limited hours and presents its self with numerous opportunities to capture the mid week trade with lunch and evening offers and open seven days a week. There is also an opportunity to introduce local teams and groups during midweek nights and there is also scope to introduce quiz nights to entice locals.  There is a substantial car park to the rear of the pub which apart from car parking could be used for stalls, car boot sales etc. The pub is situated in fantastic countryside where an innovative tenant could attract camping and tourers to stay on the outlet land and a scope to cater for weddings and beer festivals to really put this great pub on the map.
