The Windmill trades from a central bar that services all areas of the pub, on entering the pub there is an area to the left with a feature fireplace that is currently used as a dining / snug area.  To the right is the main bar with an open fire place that has seating for approximately 35 people with each room having access to the main bar. There is a fully equipped catering kitchen just off the main bar which easily services the pub. To the rear of the pub is an enclosed picturesque courtyard area that can be accessed from the main bar with space for 4-5 picnic benches.

TRADING STYLE

The Windmill trades as a community local with good community support, it is home to 3 darts teams a dominoes team and also hosts weekly quiz and karaoke both of which are extremely popular. The Windmill has become well known for its quality cask ale and lunchtime food offering with the Sunday lunches extremely popular. Admiral Taverns are looking for a couple to maintain and build on this offer
