The Spotted Cow Chichester was once part of an old dairy farm, built around the 1800’s. It underwent a major redec and was extended towards the rear of the building in late 2006. This traditional pub with a modern twist is a destination food led house that boasts two gardens and a large car park.

Fuller’s Tenancy

The property is to be let on a new six year turnover linked rent agreement and is Landlord and Tenant Act protected. Minimum Guaranteed Rent figure to be confirmed, subject to a three-year review pattern and annual increases in line with the Retail Price Index, which we have capped at 3%. There is a full tie on all wet products. Machine income is shared 50/50 between the tenant and Fuller’s. A Security Deposit of £8,000 is required and is included in the capital required figure.
