We’re also delighted to announce that Mermaid Pink Gin has been awarded gold in this year’s IWSC spirit awards by a panel of industry experts.
Scoring 95 points, the judges described it as a beautiful shade of pink and were impressed by the bright citrus zest to the nose and strawberry aroma. They commented that the sweetness combined with the dry note on the finish, makes you go back for more and more.
The Isle of Wight distillery want to extend their thanks to all the judges on this year’s panel for recognising Mermaid Pink Gin.

Now that spring has arrived, why not enjoy one of their delicious cocktails.
Named as one of the best cocktails for spring sipping by Cosmopolitan, the Pink Gin Picante combines subtle spice with strawberry sweetness.
Method:
– 50ml Mermaid Pink Gin
– 30ml Lime Juice
– 10ml Agave/honey/sugar syrup
Shake together and strain into a rock’s glass, finishing with a garnish of scattered chilli and coriander.
