By visiting our website and/or signing up to as to an online newsletter/ pubs on the market membership, you accept the practices described in our privacy policy and in our Terms & Conditions.

WHERE IS MY PERSONAL DATA KEPT AND HOW LONG FOR?
We use service providers based around the world. For events bookings your data will be held for 2 years after the date of your event.

If any of our materials are used without our written permissions we will invoice the third party and pursue any further legal action if payment is not made – We value a photoshoot at a cost of £800 + VAT per individual photoshoot or a single image at £200 + VAT
