Meet the team

Our leader and founder Dave has an extremely strong network & diverse background within the UK Hospitality market. Having worked in multiple channels of brand management & direct sales in the independent UK on trade Dave has a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to be at the top. Dave previously worked in various channels of the market including direct brand B2B & wholesale B2B. Dave started his career in 2007 for Diageo GB, moving to Waverley TBS in 2011 & finishing his FMCG career with Heineken UK in 2015. Having a passion for brands & the independent on-trade gave Dave the confidence to start The Love Your Pub Group in October 2015. Dave’s vision for The Love Your Pub Group is to become the UK’s undisputed “one -stop” online platform for all things Hospitality focused diversifying into many different industry related channels.

Coming from a strong FMCG marketing background it has been fantastic to watch Danielle grow within the business. Progressing within the business in 2020, Danielle now oversees the entire Sales & Marketing functions of The Love Your Pub Group reporting directly into our CEO David as well as holding a position on the board. More recently Danielle has ventured into the field sales side of things so is out on the road bringing in new business for the year.

Lianne specialises in managing our team & overseeing all areas of the business including promotional blogging, recruitment and the social media management side of Love Your Pub. As well as looking after her own accounts and making sure all our customers are keeping up to date with what is going on she also looks after the team in the office! Lianne has grown so much over the last year and a shown us how hard she really does work. We can’t wait to continue to see her grow and move forward in her career here at Love Your Pub.

Kat specialises in supporting the team with our blogging platform & the social media management side of Love Your Pub. Kat has been with us since 2020 and has recently become assistant office manager alongside Lianne. We look forward to watching Kat flourish with us in her managerial role and the additional duties that come with the role!

Malcolm is an extremely important member to our team helping to keep our customers happy on a weekly basis, he joined our business in 2017. His role can be challenging at times and extremely diverse. He is always helping to support others in the team and he keeps us extremely motivated – we look forward to watch Malc’s role grow in the future. You may have guessed it that Malcolm is also Dave’s Dad!

Becci is a valued member of the team that focusing on social media management for a number of accounts she looks after making sure that the customers are kept up to date with all the news on those specific venues and what’s to come. Becci also blogs weekly letting you know all the best places to go and enjoy. Becci has been in the business for a year now and we can’t wait to continue to watch Becci flourish within the business and grow her skillset.

Lyndsey supports our office team with blogging and social media management looking after her own set accounts and making sure each venue has the best news coming through each week. Lyndsey also has a background in photography and is now our in-house photographer and she is amazing at what she does! If you want to see examples of her work check out our instagram feed. Lyndsey has been with us since 2020 and it’s been amazing to watch her grow her skillset on both social media as well as with her photography.

Natalie has joined the business most recently and has come from a hospitality background. She will be working within both our Pub recruitment & Hospitality jobs channels . We can’t wait for Natalie to get stuck in and listen to all her brilliant ideas she has for Love Your Pub this year! Natalie completes our team and we can’t wait to see all the hard work coming through from all the girls!

Vince will be taking on all of the sport writing within Love Your Pub. This content will be shown on social media platforms and within our blogs. We can’t wait for Vince to get going and share his stories from when he was a professional football player!

Meg supports our office team with blogging and social media management by looking after her own set accounts and making sure each venue has the best news coming through each week. We are looking forward to watching Meg grow within the team and take on more as time progresses.

Louise has recently joined the team and will be supporting the office with blogging and social media management looking after her own set accounts and making sure each venue has the best news coming through each week. We are looking forward to seeing Louise progress.

Hayley is the newest member to have joined the business and has come from a hospitality background. She will be supporting the team with social media management as well as blogging. We are looking forward to seeing Hayley grown within the business.
