Based on 1968 Rum, spiced with cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, coriander, nutmeg, Szechuan pepper and orange peel. Sweetened with Costa Rican sugar syrup and a hint of vanilla added prior to bottling, for a delicately flavoured and beautifully clear spirit.

This fantastic establishment hold comedy nights from time to time along with tours that gives you a great opportunity to see what they do.
You can enjoy a full tour of all facilities with expert explanations about the process used in the creation of their fine spirits. You’ll learn about their passion and history of historic Fort Cumberland, learn how they make their amazing spirits and visit the jewel in their crown – the Powder Magazine.
There you will get to taste their fabulous spirits and have a chance to soak up some of the history of the place they are proud to call home. Once you have tasted the spirits and chosen your favourite, your ticket will include a full sized drink of your choice and you are welcome to stay for a few more at their fully licensed bar.
There is a shop at the distillery stocking the full range of spirits, gift packs and merchandise so you can take something home to continue to enjoy The Portsmouth Distillery experience.
