Our friends are extremely excited to launch their brand new ‘Trial Batch’ Coconut Rum…

You can get your hands on a bottle here.

“Made using our award-winning 1968 White rum as its base. Once distilled, we add toasted coconut flakes and let them macerate in the rum, resulting in a delightful coconut-infused spirit.

This rum is bottled at 40% ABV, allowing the full expression of the toasty, coconut aromas and flavours. As a final touch, we lightly sweeten the rum with a touch of sugar syrup.

We are excited to announce that we will be running a competition to come up with a name for this rum. Keep an eye on this space for more details – and make sure to sign up to our newsletter to hear more!”

Distilleries In Portsmouth – Have Your Seen The New Arrival The Portsmouth Distillery !

The Portsmouth Distillery offer a full tour of all facilities, with expert explanations about the processes used in the creation of their fine spirits. You’ll learn about their passion and the history of historic Fort Cumberland, learn how they make the amazing spirits and visit the jewel in their crown, the Powder Magazine.

There you’ll get to taste their fabulous spirits and have a chance to soak up some of the history of the place they are proud to call home. Once you’ve tasted the spirits and chosen your favourite, your ticket will also include a full sized drink of your choice, and of course you are welcome to stay for a few more in our fully licensed bar.

There is a shop at the distillery as well as online, stocking the full range of their spirits, gift packs and merchandise so you’ll be able to take something home to continue to enjoy the experience.
