Indoor trading area
This one room operation is able to accommodate up to 40 covers and has a modern and comfortable feel whilst still retaining some beautiful period features. The internal layout lends itself to an easy operation and service but does not compromise on its relaxing atmosphere for diners and drinkers. The characterful décor and feature open fireplaces make this a very cosy and inviting pub in the winter. In the summer however the traditional sash windows overlooking the external courtyard patio mean it is equally inviting. The pub offers a good range of cask ales that are very popular.
Outdoor trading area
The Ferry boasts an incredibly inviting courtyard to the front of the pub with seating for up to 20 guests. The area is a real sun trap for customers throughout the summer months.
Your living accommodation
The three-bedroom living accommodation has huge potential to provide a great standard of living within a much sought-after village. With domestic kitchen, lounge and bathroom, some rooms would benefit from some modernisation, but the basis is there to make a lovely family home.
Surrounding area
The Ferry is situated just a ten-minute drive from the centre of Stratford upon Avon and as such attracts many visitors and tourists to the area looking to take in the local culture. The prime location of the village also means that the Ferry is easily accessible from the M40 and therefore should attract destination dining trade.

Regional Manager’s thoughts on the Ferry Inn
The Ferry is a fantastic opportunity for a new publican to establish themselves in a very credible business. I have been successfully working with publicans to develop strong food led offers at unbranded destination businesses for over 20 years. I can help support and grow your business through industry accreditations, knowledge to help you drive sales, food safety standards, menu development and wet sales category management. I am also here to support you across many areas of your pub business, encouraging and guiding you along the way.
John, Regional Manager
