Location

The Athole Arms occupies a prominent roadside location between Athole Street and Gray Street within Coupar Angus town centre, some four miles south of Blairgowrie, in the East of Perthshire.

Coupar Angus has developed as a tourist resort in recent years and is located 13 miles North East of Perth. Easy access to the A94 and A923 roads means Perth is approximately a 25 minute drive, with Dundee approximately a 30 minute drive.

Edinburgh is located 56 miles to the South of Coupar Angus, with Aberdeen around 69 miles to the North East.

Internal Details

Entering the main door to the front of the property leads to a small lobby, providing access to the main bar area via a single door. Within the lobby there is a staircase which leads to the owner’s accommodation.

The main bar area includes freestanding tables and chairs to accommodate 20, back to back bar with wooden shelving and hanging optics, male and female toilets and a wood burning stove. A single doorway leads to a large pool room with ample seating for 10. The rear of the main bar area has additional seating to accommodate a further 30, a fruit machine, dart board and a large wall mounted plasma TV.
