Our successful candidate will have strong people skills to keep retention high and ideally knowledge of the London or surrounding areas to understand the different customer demographics and differing service expectations throughout the week.
The site opens Monday to Sundays. This is a lovely corner located pub known for its craft beers, cask ales, cocktails and wines.
The Angelic is a 2-minute walk from Angel station has 2 floors with a kitchen operation on upper floor with a dining room/drinks room on the upper floor which is also available for functions and private hire.
This site also boasts the addition of live sport across 2 floors that complements the offer and doesn’t overshadow the charm of the pub.
The pub is vibrant in the summer that benefits from outside drinking areas.
Inside we show live sports and offer an extensive menu with daily specials.
The successful applicant must be experienced of managing a similar style business and of consistently delivering weekly sales in excess of £20,000 and ability to control costs and deliver profit budget.
You will also be able to demonstrate positively managing various customer profiles and strong leadership
As a General Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all aspects of the business including: P&L, people, standards, legal compliance, service and brand integrity.
We require our General Managers to hold a Personal License.
