We currently have an opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join: Yates Romford £45,000 – £50,000 p.a. A strong performing Yates site situated in the heart of Romford’s late night and lunch circuit. We are looking for an experienced General Manager who can fully embrace a business that operates “All Day Long”. Yates Romford is a 2 level operation with a bar on each level, with a good daytime food trade from shoppers in the town & a fantastic Sky Sports & late night offering. The site is in a good position & would benefit from a strong ‘Rhythm of the Week’ to bolster the strong weekend/late night trade. There is a great opportunity to build on & motivate a strong long-standing team through inspiring leadership, whilst taking advantage of the huge sales driving opportunities that this site offers. You will offer a strong commercial acumen, love Sport, Late Night and Food. The successful candidate will be able to offer a set of well-rounded skills and experience with both food delivery and late-night experience. You will be an organised General Manager who has developed a leadership style that achieves great results through a motivated and engaged team of people.
