The successful General Manager will be an experienced operator with bags of proven experience within a premium restaurant & bar business, as our guests’ expectations for quality and standards are very high. Our successful General Manager with have strong people skills to keep retention high and quickly grasp knowledge of the surrounding areas to understand the different customer demographics and service expectations from affluent locals, weekend shoppers and hotel residents. Ideally as General Manager you will be experienced of managing a similar style business and confident in delivering weekly sales more than £20,000 to £30,000 (at peak) with the ability to control costs and deliver profit budget. You will also be able to demonstrate positively managing various customer profiles and strong leadership with a balanced focus on food / drink quality, standards, and sales.
