This is an excellent opportunity for a General Manager to take it and make their own by splashing their personability all over it. Sales are consistent all year round & the site is in a great place for someone to come in and continue to drive sales with new ideas but must understand the importance of growing the team and training within. The Platform is due to have an investment at the end of this year, which will bring it in line with all our wonderful looking TPK sites and will support in the continued growth of the business. The Platform is a one bar operation, awaiting an investment at the end of this year. It already has the cosy and warm feel but it will be even better after the investment. The floor space sits on one level, with an excellent large garden. Leaving lots of cosy corners and places for hiring for sports teams and occasions. It has Sky sport with 3 sky boxes so lots of flexibility to show variety of sport at once, so it has the full package with a Large Big Screen and great sports viewing around the pub. They have a Stable weekly quiz and they drives RTV to bring customers in all year round. Along with Bands and DJs every weekend which drives the late-night experience all year round. This would be suitable for an operator, that is used to late night, willing to get stuck in, be excited to grow team and develop them. You will be amazing at driving sales and able to build & drive a strong sales plan, you must have a can-do attitude along with being a complete finisher with any project or new challenges. As a General Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all aspects of the business including: P&L, people, standards, legal compliance, service and brand integrity. We require all our General Managers to hold a Personal License.
