There’s exciting news coming out of Hampshire Distilleries this summer with a new rum launch at The Portsmouth Distillery ! And to make sure you really get excited about it, out friends are throwing a launch party on 14th June and they’d love for you to join them!
We are delighted and proud to invite you to join us on Friday 14th June for the launch of our spectacular new product, “1747” – 5 Year Old Oak-Cask Aged Rum. Spend a few hours with us at the Portsmouth Distillery, enjoying all the views spectacular 18th century Fort Cumberland has to offer… our bars will be open serving drinks and cocktails throughout the event with food included in the price consisting of gourmet burgers (veg option available). We will also have fantastic live music from “Mucky Fingers” playing throughout the evening.

Hampshire Distilleries – About The Portsmouth Distillery
The Portsmouth Distillery offer a full tour of all facilities, with expert explanations about the processes used in the creation of their fine spirits. You’ll learn about their passion and the history of historic Fort Cumberland, learn how they make the amazing spirits and visit the jewel in their crown, the Powder Magazine.
There you’ll get to taste their fabulous spirits and have a chance to soak up some of the history of the place they are proud to call home. Once you’ve tasted the spirits and chosen your favourite, your ticket will also include a full sized drink of your choice, and of course you are welcome to stay for a few more in our fully licensed bar.
There is a shop at the distillery as well as online, stocking the full range of their spirits, gift packs and merchandise so you’ll be able to take something home to continue to enjoy the experience.
