Job description
To be successful as a Recruitment Partner with Stonegate Group, you’re likely to be working within Hospitality Recruitment, either from a recruitment consultancy or as an Internal Recruiter.
This is a great recruitment role where you will truly see the impact of your recruitment on the success of the business and the career development of your candidates.
We’re looking for an experienced recruiter – you know “what good looks like” in hiring for our General Managers, and you can coach managers to make excellent hiring decisions for their team.
You’ll need to be tenacious and driven to ensure that your internal customers always receive an outstanding recruitment service.
No two days are the same in the Recruitment Team – you never know what projects you could be asked to support with, from site support to an assessment day for General Managers!
