Location: A firm favourite on the Bath pub and restaurant scene, a family friendly and dog friendly pub located directly opposite The Royal Victoria Park children’s play area (BA1 3AR). The Hop Pole is located 1 mile outside central Bath just a stones throw away from the River Avon and surrounded by residential and commercial properties on the busy A4 – a main road into Bath.

Trading Potential: The potential for the Hop Pole is to create an offer that evolves during the day catering for families in the morning, business users and leisure guests during the day moving to a fun and vibrant offer in the evening. Creating an atmosphere that welcomes all, including local residents, students and tourists, for varying reasons and occasions.

New Publican Profile: The ideal candidate will have experience of operating a pub business in an area similar to Bath and understand how to operate a pub business where the offer changes through the day.
