With an abundance of country parks, rivers, and the well known Linacre reservoir close by, the Three Merry Lads not only attracts the local community but visitors to the area too.
Pub Layout
The trading area consists of two rooms. The first is an open plan lounge/dining room area which has been well modernised with a shade of grey and feature walls and lighting scattered throughout the room. The soft furnishing are complementary and in-keeping with the period features, it’s a warm and welcoming area to relax. This area has its own large bar server and a decorative open fire. In this room you also have a mixture of fixed and loose furniture. The second room is currently being used as a games room with pool table and darts board, this area also benefits from it’s own bar servery too. There is also a private function room which can host many separate events. The pub has good catering facilities and a large car park which is very useful for travelling diners, as well as a decked area to the side with benches for customers to take in the surrounding countryside.

Training – Before signing a long term agreement, you will be required to attend our 7 Steps to Sales Success training programme. Held online over three days, you will learn marketing and business strategies that will help you to grow sales in your pub – step-by-step.
Service Charge Cost – £30.10 per week – This is a weekly charge that includes statutory compliance certification (including Annual CP12 and CP42 gas test), cellar cooling services (including full insurance to cover repairs and / or replacements), Health & Safety Essentials (including assessments) and Licensing Support.
