The White Bull is a Three storey building situated on Market Street in Chorley, the main street in Chorley Town Centre, in the Northwest region of England. The White Bull benefits from being located amongst a variety of shops, restaurants and pubs/ bars with the pub being the first pub on the way into Chorley town centre. Chorley is located just 8 miles from Wigan, 11 miles from Blackburn and is in close proximity of Bolton, Preston and Northwest of Manchester and has a population of approximately 38,400. There are easily accessible transport links in the way of buses, taxis and via Chorley Train station.
Pub Layout
The pub is accessed from the main high street, as you approach the front door you are greeted by the one bar servery directly in front of you, to the right-hand side of this there is a pool table/darts/teams areas making this the ideal space for local sports teams. To the left-hand side of the pub, you will find the big screen TV and a seating area for televised sports. The L shaped bar follows you to the right with plenty of fixed and lose seating, here you will find a set of double doors providing access to the ladies/gents on the right. Out of another door, leads you to the beer garden which is paved and leads up to a raised decked area and features a small outside bar, and a mixture of wooden benches and lose seating. The garden benefits from having sheltered areas for those colder months.
There is a small kitchen with the potential to offer backbar meals adding an additional option here in the future.

Training – Before signing a long term agreement, you will be required to attend our 7 Steps to Sales Success training programme. Held online over three days, you will learn marketing and business strategies that will help you to grow sales in your pub – step-by-step.
Service Charge Cost – £57.60 per week – The Admiral Taverns Premium Maintenance Package will help take care of your compliance and statutory obligations with one simple fee, whilst giving you piece of mind about your boiler and cellar cooling repair and replacement. This also includes full access to e-learning for you and your staff.
