The Boars Head is a fantastic village pub that welcomes families, locals, visitors, and furry friends alike. You will thrive in this versatile business serving a range of premium cask and craft ales, high-quality food, and giving guests a memorable stay. You will attract passers-through, walkers, climbers, scramblers, ramblers.
You’ll find the pub in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, only four miles from Settle and twelve miles from Skipton. It is also perfectly positioned between the Yorkshire Dales National Park, the Forest of Bowland and the Southern Lakes. There are plenty of countryside activities available and intriguing places to visit in all weathers.
You will be able to optimise the main bar area and separate restaurant, creating a traditional pub feel whilst respecting the original features. The nine letting bedrooms upstairs, adds an extra dimension to your bookings throughout the year, the rewards of which you will benefit from.
This pub is available on a Tenancy At Will agreement (TAW). A TAW agreement is a short-term licence which can be terminated at short notice. You are taking on a temporary agreement only and as such some key elements of the codes of practice and the Landlord and Tenant Act will not apply. TAWs cannot be assigned nor can sub-letting take place.
Even though this may only be a tenancy at will, you will need some form of capital behind you for cash flow and early expenses. The actual amount of capital required for ingoings and the rent will be discussed with the Operations Manager.
Please be aware that for a TAW application, you will need an up-to-date Personal Licence to progress.
