The Drewe Arms Drewsteignton is a substantial two-storey thatched listed building, with a painted render finish, extensions to the rear and with further out buildings within the grounds. The property retains its charm and character, with flagstone floors, low ceilings, wooden beams and exposed stone walls. The pub is traditionally decorated throughout and comprises a mixture of loose and fixed wooden seating, accommodating up to 200 covers throughout the pubs many areas. There are two en-suite letting rooms that are in great condition.

Indoor trading area at Drewe Arms Drewsteignton
The internal trading area is substantial with the main bar area on the left hand side as you enter through the main entrance. There are three dining rooms seating 65 covers in total, all full of character with painted stone walls, low ceilings and exposed wooden beams. The function room has its own bar and toilets and will comfortably accommodate approx. 100 diners and is licensed for 250 people. The pub is served by a good sized, fully fitted trade kitchen. The letting accommodation comprises two double, en-suite rooms with four-poster beds and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a further building to the rear of the pub which consists of five separate rooms with 20 bunk beds in total and includes shower and bathroom facilities.
