The village boasts Five bus services taking you to Bury St Edmunds, Hadleigh and Stowmarket, which all have Stations and links to London. Elmswell is the nearest station, which is 7 miles away and goes to London Liverpool Street via Ipswich. There is a shop, garage, post office, village hall and a real community spirit with plenty of activities arranged through the Parish council. The pub itself is stunning and traditional in style with original beams and fireplaces, hosting up to 50 covers dining.

The overall space within the pub is large but naturally divided up by the fireplaces, providing both space for larger gatherings and romantic dining experiences. Training – Before signing a long term agreement, you will be required to attend our 7 Steps to Sales Success training programme. Held online over three days, you will learn marketing and business strategies that will help you to grow sales in your pub – step-by-step.
Service Charge Cost – £57.60 per week – The Admiral Taverns Premium Maintenance Package will help take care of your compliance and statutory obligations with one simple fee, whilst giving you piece of mind about your boiler and cellar cooling repair and replacement. This also includes full access to e-learning for you and your staff.
