Private Accommodation: The private accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms, office, bathroom and lounge. The trade kitchen is the only kitchen for the property as there isn’t a private kitchen in the accommodation.
Location: The Crows Nest Inn is a beautiful 16th Century Inn set in the hamlet of Crows Nest near Liskeard. Situated on the Eastern edge of Bodmin Moor, surrounded by old mine engine houses and ancient relics such as Trevthevy Quoite, the Cheese Wring and The Hurlers. There are many lovely walks around the village and on the moor lands. The site was fully decorated externally this year.
New Publican Profile: This wonderful traditional style Cornish rural pub has a large open fire with south facing terrace and large car park. Catering skills are essential as this is a destination house which would suit a very ‘hands-on’ couple with a strong catering background, keen to get involved in the local community.
Internal Trade Areas: A one bar operation that can be operated with a small well organised team, the Crows Nest has a fantastic traditional pub feel. Cosy, warm and welcoming with an atmosphere that not many modern pubs can replicate.
