The Queens Arms is situated in Toxteth, an inner-city area south of Liverpool city centre. The area is densely populated with a mixed demographic and is diverse. Within less than a mile you have both Princes Park and Sefton Park. Liverpool City Centre is also just 2 miles away. The pub is surrounded by plenty of chimney pots, businesses and schools.
Pub Layout
Through the front door you walk into a welcoming traditional style pub, to the right there is a smaller bar area with fixed and loose seating including a darts oche and access to the private quarters. The ladies toilets are situated by the bar and the gents are to the right of the private quarter access alongside a side exit door to the pub. There is an impressive wooden panelled horseshoe bar, in keeping with the traditional features, an open fire, wooden panelled walls and plenty of fixed and loose seating. To the rear of the pub is a door leading to a small seating area before moving through another door into an impressively sized and well-established garden area with wooden benches.

We are looking for an experienced licensee who understands the challenges of the area and the unique offering that the Queens provides the local community. The new licensee would need to be able to demonstrate a proven financial track record in operating a busy trading business as this is an extremely viable business opportunity for the right person and maintaining the current business model would be beneficial to any new tenant.
