Nestled on the main road into Towcester, The Peacock is perfectly situated opposite The Monk & Tipster pub, making it a prime location for attracting locals looking for a night out or to visit pubs in their local area. This establishment is well-loved sports haven, with 11 TV screens allowing for you to show multiple games simultaneously, drawing in sports enthusiasts year-round. We are looking for a Publican who loves Sports and will use these screens to attract like-minded guests.
The Peacock fosters community spirit through its football, pool, and darts teams, while also hosting live music events on weekends, ensuring an enjoyable atmosphere for all visitors. The seven letting bedrooms provide basic but well-priced accommodation, ideal for contractors and tradespeople in the area, all sharing two bath/shower rooms.
Upon entering The Peacock, you’ll find the bar centrally located, with the snug on the right, known as the racing zone, which features the racing channel and a cosy cask ale corner. On the left is the general sports zone, equipped with a pool table and darts boards, leading out to a charming courtyard patio garden that also offers a designated smoking area.
