The Three Horseshoes is a brick-built building with a traditional feel, offering three internal trading areas. When you enter the pub, off the lobby to the left is a carpeted bar area with seating for twenty, and to the right, you’ll see a small seating area in the main bar for ten covers. The pub boasts an original flagstone floor and welcoming open fire, and the carpeted restaurant area has seating for thirty covers. The Three Horseshoes sits in the centre of the small, picturesque Oxfordshire village of Towersey, two hundred yards from the Phoenix trail cycle route, stretching from Thame to Princes Risborough. Towersey village is popular with locals, dog walkers, cyclists, and visitors to the beautiful Chilterns. It is a beautiful place to stop off when exploring the Chilterns or heading to the historic city of Oxford, sixteen miles away.
