Pub Layout
As you walk through the main entrance you are greeted by the main bar area to the right and snug room to the left leading around the bar to a lower more quieter seating area used for a large contingent of ex navy service personnel for events and monthly meetings, the pool room and gaming area is to the back of the pub and customer toilets on exit to the covered large smoking solution and rear garden. The pub is in great condition throughout and has a fresh and welcoming feel.

We are looking for an experienced entertainment/ music focused operator who has the talent to appeal to all generations, the pub is wet led and would suit occasional entertainment, pub teams and activities such as dominoes along side community events in the summer months in the great beer garden
This is not a first-time pub you will need to be self-motivated and energetic and pose the passion to drive the sales forward, promote activities and raise the standards of the pub.

The private accommodation consists of three bedrooms, separate kitchen, lounge and bathroom.

Annual Rent – This is our lowest rent figure associated with a Full Tie. If the tie is reduced the effective rent (via Tie Release Fees) will increase. Rent is billed and paid for weekly in advance depending on the payment terms agreed)

Fixtures & Fittings – This includes any item that is bolted to the floor or walls, and a fitting to be any item that is free standing or hung by a nail or hook. This will also include furniture
Training – Before signing a long term agreement, you will be required to attend our 7 Steps to Sales Success training programme. Held online over three days, you will learn marketing and business strategies that will help you to grow sales in your pub – step-by-step.
Service Charge Cost – £57.60 per week – The Admiral Taverns Premium Maintenance Package will help take care of your compliance and statutory obligations with one simple fee, whilst giving you piece of mind about your boiler and cellar cooling repair and replacement. This also includes full access to e-learning for you and your staff.
