Adam Hadwen, former chef, has taken over this jewel of the Sussex crown. His passion for local produce and foraging is evident in his diverse menu.
Keeping it in the family, Adam’s mother Linda produces the delicious breads served here, which are available to take home, Linda also makes cakes, truffles and even lemon curd!
