You can enjoy a full tour of all facilities with expert explanations about the process used in the creation of their fine spirits. You’ll learn about their passion and history of historic Fort Cumberland, learn how they make their amazing spirits and visit the jewel in their crown – the Powder Magazine.
There you will get to taste their fabulous spirits and have a chance to soak up some of the history of the place they are proud to call home. Once you have tasted the spirits and chosen your favourite, your ticket will include a full sized drink of your choice and you are welcome to stay for a few more at their fully licensed bar.

They can also white label any one of their award-winning spirits to suit your needs. They’ve already done a number of white-labelling projects – from the Anchorites to HMS Queen Elizabeth. Anything is possible.
This Hampshire distillery isn’t a one trick pony either. They’ve got so much going on. If you’re a rum lover, try their 1968 white rum. Winner of the people’s choice awards 2021. Get yourself a bottle and see what all the fuss is about.
You can also enjoy the taste of summer from one of the best distilleries in Hampshire, who are also cider producers in Portsmouth. Show casing their Fort Cyder this delectable drink is made with 100% hand picked apples, hand scratted, pressed, and naturally fermented. The team allow the juice to clear naturally over time which makes for a longer process, but oh so worth it! Absolutely no chemical intervention – just gorgeous fresh appley Cyder.
