What are Proper Pubs?

Proper Pubs allows their community hero to showcase their talents in managing one of their community pubs. All of their pubs are run by someone who is passionate about putting something back into the community.
They have ambitious plans to grow Proper Pubs, engage with the community and create good times in all of their pubs. They are on a proper journey, and they would love for you to join them and run a pub.
At Proper Pubs, they run a series of national and local initiatives to support the communities they operate in. They are proud to support Chasing the Stigma, a national mental health charity that is committed to normalising mental health, and their Community Heroes love to support local initiatives, local people and use the pub to bring everyone together.
There is always something going on in a Proper Pub, and it usually involves the locals. They create a place for people to connect, socialise, and they support the local pub teams and offer traditional games. So like-minded customers can be found around all day.

Proper Pubs enables you to showcase your talents in managing one of their community pubs. Proper Pubs are run by someone who is passionate about putting something back into the community they serve.
Proper Pubs is a simple yet rewarding model. By running a Proper Pub, their Operators receive unparalleled support and sound advice, with the freedom of being self-employed. This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns takes care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock, and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales. You are responsible for all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters. They also offer numerous bonuses and incentives to allow you to drive sales in your pub.
