The Tafarn Tanerdy offers good old fashioned pub dining in a traditional cosy atmosphere with stunning views over the River Towy and the surrounding countryside. Located on the outskirts of Carmarthen, the pub was originally a working farm and was converted back in 1973. We‘ve got a lovely large beer garden and serve a wide range of food and drinks catering to all tastes and ages. With great deals throughout the week and a delicious menu full of pub classics, we are the perfect place to bring the whole family.
The demographic is a mixture of older customers during the day that utilise the weekly food offers along with local drinkers and families. The site benefits from a large carpark which means it does bring people from further away. The site is also close to Carmarthen Town and has plenty of housing next to it that you will be able to capitalise on.
The pub is currently turning over £13,000 – £15,000 per week on a 65/35 wet lead split. There is a lot of potential in increase both the wet and dry sales at this venue.
