Managed Partnership Pubs In Chasetown – The Crown Inn Is Available !
The Crown Inn is located on the High Street of Chasetown in Walsall, with plenty of passing trade. The Crown is a large one room operation with the bar as the focal point of the pub. There is ample seating in the bar area and also a real open fire in the lounge.
The Crown has something for everyone with TV’s in the bar and also a designated games area with darts board. To the rear of the pub there is a large enclosed all weather garden with a raised terrace area making it a perfect spot to enjoy a drink in the warmer summer months, and on those wetter days, there is seating under a covered area too.
The Crown Inn has a great local community of trade making it a friendly place for meeting up and socialising. It has a good cask ale following and is an all round fantastic traditional wet led pub. On site there is also a small kitchen which would allow for a simple and consistent food offering.
Currently trading at an estimated £5,000 a week, we are looking for a a great community operator who is keen to be part of their community. Consistently providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to the guests.
