The Blue Bell Inn is a premium style village pub on the picturesque West Green in Cottingham, East Yorkshire. The pub consists of a bar area and restaurant with the benefit of an orangery which can add additional covers to the restaurant or provide a separate function rooms on occasions. There is also a large outdoor garden area half of which is covered and is accessed via the orangery.
Situated on the fringe of Cottingham centre The Blue Bell attracts diners, drinkers and provides a relaxing atmosphere for all guests. The Blue Bell is currently trading around £7,000 per week with a 80/20 wet dry split, but with room to grow both wet and dry sales.
We are ideally looking for a couple or partnership to cover the bar and kitchen and be able to be part of a local community along with a transient city centre trade.
