The Avenue is a lively friendly community pub situated on Bristol road, just a few minutes walk from Gloucester Quays. The Avenue is a two room pub (bar and lounge) with the bar situated in the central area. There is a function room/skittle alley at the rear of the premises, a small trade kitchen for food offer and a 20 space car park.
The Avenue has a great local reputation and it needs an operator to maintain this and grow the sales further. It attracts lots of regular locals within the community.
There is a lot of potential to grow the food sales through a strong offer and advertisement. The site currently shows TNT but with sky you could grow the sports offer and live music is a ‘must’ to continue the already great offering.
