If you are interested in running your own pub business, the Hare & Hounds in Greenford is available now.
The Hare & Hounds is close to local amenities just 2 mins from the high street. It is also situated on a busy main road attracting passing trade. The pub has a core base of local drinkers including families and couples and already has great satisfaction scores due to it’s fantastic reputations amongst the local community. There is an opportunity to introduce your own food with a trade kitchen and separate bar area which is a great space for events and functions (another avenue to capitalize on).
It also has a huge beer garden (the only one in the local area so a huge advantage for extra sales especially when the sun is shining! It has Sky and TNT sports so will be poplar throughout the Euros.
We are looking for an experienced community operator that has experience or interest in all things sport along with local knowledge to ensure the Hare & Hounds is taken to the next level.
The site currently takes on average £12000 per week on 100% wet sales but has the potential to achieve higher a week by targeting extra drinks sales and introducing a food offer.

All our Pub Partners get access to our FREE Learning, Development and Training platform Campus (a package worth over £300!).
What’s expected from you:
Our pubs are the heart of the community, bringing communities together by serving great drinks and fantastic events. It’s a proven business-model, perfect for either someone looking to take on a pub for their first time or more experienced operators to drive sales, standards and guest experience.
In addition to the £5k security deposit required for this agreement, you will need to cover legal costs (£360), and your own insurance (except building insurance, which we’ll cover). Also, you’ll want to start thinking about your team; taking care of paying them and all other employment matters.
Before we all sign the agreement and see you heading into a whole new life, you’ll just need to show us proof that you’ve had independent financial advice from an accountant and solicitor and have completed a sustainable business plan, in accordance with the Pubs Code. And, of course, obtain your personal licence (which we can help with) and complete your induction training.
