The Bull’s Head in Kings Norton is a Birmingham landmark. Situated on the leafy green in the centre of King’s Norton, the the pub is well situated to attract both local guests and those from further afield. Whether visiting for Sport, our great Marston’s menu, or a private function in our 200 cover function room and private bar, we have our guests needs covered. This really is a high profile business, that needs a high profile partner that can drive the business forward.
The site currently takes on average £16,000 – £18,000 per week with 95% of sales from the drink side of the business, but has the potential to achieve over £20k a week by targeting extra food sales.

The bar area is spacious, boasting 120 covers, the lounge bar / restaurant seats another 40 covers comfortably and our courtyard barn offer an additional 120 external covers. We have both BT Sport and Sky sports across the the bar, lounge and in the courtyard, meaning guests never miss a moment of the action! Sport is available on multiple screen and a big screen, and is complimented by our adaptive sound system. The Bull’s Head has a Marston’s food menu and catering kitchen fully equipped to deliver high volume food sales. The customer base in the Bull’s Head current varies between older clientele in the day and younger guests towards our evening trading as our sport and entertainment offering takes the lead.
The Anticipated Partner Profit for this site is TBC per annum

Access to our 450 strong-support teams whenever you need them – including Marketing, Recruitment and Food and Drink specialists.
All our Pub Partners get access to our FREE Learning, Development and Training platform Campus (a package worth over £300!).
What we expect from you:

Our Retail Agreement is a proven business-model, perfect for entrepreneurs who can drive sales, standards and guest experience.

In addition to the £5k security deposit required for this agreement, you will need to cover legal costs (£360 inc VAT), and your own insurance (except building insurance, which we’ll cover). Also, you’ll want to start thinking about your team; taking care of paying them and all other employment matters.

Before we all sign the agreement and see you heading into a whole new life, you’ll just need to show us proof that you’ve had independent financial and legal advice and have completed a sustainable business plan, in accordance with the Pubs Code. And, of course, obtain your personal licence (ask a member of our team about booking this course free of charge with us) and complete your induction training.

It’s a five-year commitment, so you have loads of time to build the business and get it performing brilliantly but, if you do want to leave early, there’s always the option of six months’ notice with a ‘break’ clause in the contract.
