The Sunnydale Mansfield is a much loved community pub in the heart of Mansfield Woodhouse, ideally located on a crossroads next to the shopping precinct. The pub was recently refurbished to a high standard, which is split into 2 rooms inside, a lounge with large screen TVs ideal for sporting events and functions and a tap room with pool and darts. Both rooms are conveniently serviced from a central bar. Outside is a very popular beer patio, with festoon lighting and external TV (a sun trap where the pub gets it name) and 2 car parks that allow for ample parking alongside great use for larger events in the summer months. There is also a well equipped catering kitchen to run your own food option.
The Sunnydale would suit a couple to cater for the entertainment to reattract the 18-30 year old crowd. Ideally with a passion for sports and track record for delivering community events is a preference. This pub always has a retailer own food carvery on a Sunday and would certainly benefit from keeping this going.

In addition to the £5k security deposit and legal fees required for this agreement, you will need to cover your own insurance, except building insurance, which we’ll cover. Also, you’ll want to start thinking about your team; taking care of paying them and all other employment matters.Before we all sign the agreement and see you heading into a whole new life, you’ll just need to show us proof that you’ve had independent financial advice from an accountant and solicitor, as dictated by the Statutory Pub Code. And, of course, obtain your personal licence (which we’ll help with) and complete your induction training.It’s a five-year commitment, so you have loads of time to build the business and get it performing brilliantly but, if you do want to leave early, there’s always the option of six months’ notice with a ‘break’ clause in the contract.
