The Three Sisters is located a few mins from Swansea city centre and the Gower. The pub benefits parking at the rear, is a two bar operation including a lounge and sports bar. The pub has a pool table and darts teams so you will be able to capitalise on the extra revenue this brings in.
The customer base is mainly made up of locals, regular tradespeople and younger crowd are drawn to the pub in the evenings and weekends.
