Managed Partnership Pubs In Wolverhampton – The Wheatsheaf Inn Is Available
The Wheatsheaf is a real hidden gem of a pub offering a perfect place to enjoy home cooked food, a drink in the bar with your dog, or bring along the family and enjoy the beer garden and play area. Situated just off Junction 11 of the M6, it has a long standing reputation in the area and is popular with locals and those that live further afield.
The trading area consists of a large restaurant/ bar with a conservatory with approx. 60 covers. There is a separate room that can be used for dining, private functions etc.
It benefits from a large car park and beer garden. The Car park has electric hook ups for camper vans and we will also be installing electric car chargers in the near future.
The pub is well known for the weekly Quiz’s and entertainment.

You can have the best of both worlds with our new and exciting Pillar Agreement. We share the net sales and some of the cost base – building a deal that gives both parties a solid base to build and grow a profitable business.

What we expect from you:
In addition to the £5k security deposit required for this agreement, you will need to cover legal costs (£360 inc VAT), and your own insurance (except building insurance, which we’ll cover). Also, you’ll want to start thinking about your team; taking care of paying them and all other employment matters.
Before we all sign the agreement and see you heading into a whole new life, you’ll just need to show us proof that you’ve had independent financial and legal advice and have completed a sustainable business plan, in accordance with the Pubs Code. And, of course, obtain your personal licence (ask a member of our team about booking this course free of charge with us) and complete your induction training.
It’s a five-year commitment, so you have loads of time to build the business and get it performing brilliantly but, if you do want to leave early, there’s always the option of six months’ notice with a ‘break’ clause in the contract.
